Blending Real Estate, PR, and Innovation — Rooted in Detroit

I’m Donnae’ Jackson, a Detroit-based entrepreneur, business strategist, and lifelong learner with a passion for leadership, innovation, and community impact. I’m proud to be a first-generation college graduate in my immediate family and a woman breaking barriers in business, technology, and communications.

From a young age, I’ve consistently demonstrated drive and initiative: at 16, I became Vice President of Phi Beta Lambda through dual enrollment with Savannah Technical College, and was recognized in the “Who’s Who” award in my Georgia chapter. I was a Student Leadership Program participant and scholarship recipient in high school, later becoming a Student Leadership Advisor at 20.

My academic journey has been equally distinguished: full-ride scholarship for academic excellence, seven additional college scholarships, and earning both my associate and bachelor’s degrees by 21.

Entrepreneurship and creativity have always been central to my path. At 21, I founded Micro-Tek One, LLC, a technology company that tripled its revenue in just two years. I currently own an online women’s boutique, Mirrored Image, and previously hosted Underground Tigaholics on WSSU 145.1 FM, highlighting local talent, interviewing music professionals, and creating monthly networking events for the music community while maintaining an active social media presence.

Beyond my professional work, I love music, fashion events, vendor pop-ups, and spicy food. I occasionally record with well-known producers who work with celebrity talent such as Chris Brown, Megan Thee Stallion, Eric Bellinger, and Cardi B.

These experiences fuel my creativity and keep me connected to Detroit’s vibrant arts and culture scene.

Today, I combine my expertise in real estate, business, communications, and technology to build opportunities, elevate communities, and inspire others — especially women and first-generation students — to pursue their ambitions with confidence.
